I am about a month into my Second Year at university now, and so much has happened already! When i started back, i decided that i had made the wrong choice in specialism. In my heart i knew that i wanted to be doing Typography, so after speaking to the Typography tutor and Advertising tutor together, realised that Typography was where i wanted to be. Really enjoying the change in specialism already and i have my first specialist brief which is part of our Design Specialism module, on the theme of 'FLUX'. I can't believe how fast first year has gone! I will be uploading a selection of work from this years modules over the summer. I feel like this year has gone really well, it has been full of challenges and experiments - exactly the type of work i want to be doing. I was torn between the Typography and Advertising specialisms when it came to choosing which one i would follow for the next 2 years. I eventually chose Advertising and i am excited to go back in September and start the work again.
